Labour MPs with delegation of Israeli hostage families

This afternoon, LFI hosted an event for a delegation of Israeli hostage family members in Parliament.

More than 30 new MPs elected at the general election attended, where they heard harrowing stories of their relatives’ kidnap and captivity.

The event, chaired by LFI vice-chair Sharon Hodgson MP, was also addressed by Middle East Minister Hamish Falconer, who asserted the new government’s commitment to freeing the hostages and bringing the conflict in Gaza to a sustainable end.

Among the hostages whose relatives were at the event were Guy Gilboa Dilal, 23, the Bilbas family (ages 35, 33, 4 and 1), Tamir Nimrodi, 19 and Tal Haimi, 41, all of whom have been held in Gaza since 292.
